DWAA Architects is a design studio specialising in architecture of infrastructure, transport structures, as well as public use facilities and residential buildings. We design railway stations, passenger services facilities, transfer hubs, footbridges, public squares, public use buildings and residential buildings.

We design unique architecture – we create unique character, made specifically to meet our Client’s needs, its function, context and location. We strive for timeless and functional solutions, focusing on the aesthetic and material choices. We take into consideration every detail and each individually designed element. We utilise state of the art technologies. Our projects are in line with the modern times and are based on the modern solutions. We are passionate about every one of our projects.

In our opinion, the key element in architecture is the idea and the process of achieving its best presentation – the realisation. A project build around a good idea, has influence over the growth of the value of the investment, and its ecological and economical aspects. We believe that projects are best not when you cannot add to them, but when you cannot take away from them. They are perfectly tailored.

Ensuring growth and stimulation of creativity, since the beginning of our operations, we take part in various national architecture and urban competitions, in which we are laureates. Our projects appear in specialised and regional media.

We offer comprehensive services: starting with consultations, analysis, and feasibility, through conceptual projects, construction projects, executive projects, and documentation for the bidding, financial estimates, supervision, and completion of all administrative formalities connected to receiving any required administrative decisions. Concerning commercial investments, we also take part in further phases of the investment process, among others, preparing the investment for sale and commercialisation.
